phdrem Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdrem ("phdrem," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the phdrem online casino and sports betting platform accessible at phdrem.co and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

phdrem is an online gaming platform primarily serving Filipino players across the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other regions nationwide. The Platform operates games of chance and skill including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot machine titles, jackpot fishing games, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, together with the phdrem Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To be eligible to register and use the phdrem Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are not subject to any legal prohibition on participation in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where access to online casino services is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of phdrem, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had a phdrem account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

phdrem reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or identity, phdrem will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed during the period of misrepresentation, and return deposits net of any winnings generated. phdrem accepts no liability for losses incurred in connection with underage gambling.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the phdrem Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. phdrem reserves the right to request verification of any information provided at registration at any time.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, phdrem will require completion of identity verification ("KYC"). You will be required to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. phdrem will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify phdrem's support team immediately.

All games available on the phdrem Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

phdrem uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by phdrem or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published within each game's information panel.

All wagers placed on the phdrem Platform are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagers may only be placed from a funded phdrem wallet using cleared funds;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change;
• Wagers are final once confirmed and may not be withdrawn or amended after the game round has commenced;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's wallet;
• phdrem reserves the right to void any wager where there is reasonable evidence of collusion, fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of software errors;
• Maximum payout limits per transaction and per period may apply and will be communicated to Players via account notifications or support channels.

For live dealer games, results are determined by real-time physical outcomes — card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls — conducted by human dealers and streamed via video. phdrem is not responsible for interruptions to live game sessions caused by network or device issues on the Player's side. Interruptions caused by phdrem's infrastructure will result in stake reimbursement where the game state cannot be recovered.

All financial transactions on the phdrem Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdrem accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; current methods are displayed on the phdrem deposit page.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on payment method and Player account tier;
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's phdrem wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to the originating bank's processing schedule;
• Deposited funds must come from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified phdrem account;
• Completed KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested again for subsequent withdrawals at phdrem's discretion;
• GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days;
• phdrem reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to five (5) business days;
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

phdrem offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered Players from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the Promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available only to Players who hold a valid, verified phdrem account in good standing;
• Promotions may not be combined with other Promotions unless explicitly stated;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each Promotion's specific terms;
• Wagering contributions from different game types (slots, live casino, sports) may vary and will be specified per Promotion;
• phdrem reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or amend any Promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in abuse of the Promotion system, including but not limited to bonus hunting, multi-accounting, or collusion;
• Players found to be systematically exploiting Promotions may have their winnings voided and accounts suspended;
• Promotional offers have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire as stated in the relevant Promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrem Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information;
• Attempting to access or use another Player's account without authorization;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion;
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or illegal activities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other Players.

All content on the phdrem Platform — including but not limited to the phdrem name, logo, brand design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of phdrem or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without phdrem's express prior written consent.

phdrem collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phdrem.co/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. phdrem does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or contractual obligation.

phdrem is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with tools to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all Players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure with a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion. Any attempt to register a new account during an active self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms and the new account will be closed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdrem and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gaming services.

phdrem's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

phdrem does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt access to the Platform. phdrem will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

phdrem is not responsible for losses arising from network failures, device malfunctions, or internet service interruptions on the Player's side that result in the disconnection of a live game session or failure to place a wager.

phdrem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phdrem has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, money laundering, or reputational harm to phdrem;
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• The account is operated by a person under the age of 21;
• The Player has requested account closure under the self-exclusion program.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, phdrem may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of balance may apply in accordance with applicable regulations. Where closure is voluntary or non-breach-related, any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phdrem's support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phdrem Platform shall first be submitted to phdrem's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first being raised with phdrem's support team, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

phdrem reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdrem will provide notice to Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the phdrem Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
